Collection of Tokyo National Museum [14]

The footbridge linking up the Silk-reeling Plant (on the left) to the East Cocoon Warehouse (on the right). It was built in order to carry the cocoons from the warehouse to the Silk-reeling Plant. Since a wooden fence appears on this picture, we can guess it was taken after August 1872.

A lightning rod was installed at the top of the chimney you can see backward.
